Raptusinco! Part 1

In the tradition of blog empress Wanda, here's my own version of Pito-Pito, but two less than that. This I call Raptusinco, five things under the sun and everything!!

For my inaugural entry, here are five songs with the gay spirit:

1. Fame - Irene Cara

English version ito ng "Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita." Ugly Betty ako ngaun, Beauty Queen ako bukas (with the matching entra ng Hail the Most Beautiful theme ng shampoo) at with matching backup dancers saying "Remember, remember, remember my name" na may kembot at shining wardrobe.

2. I Will Survive - Gloria Gaynor

Themesong ng mga kaka-break up lang sa mga jowawiz at nakaget-over na(na nga ba?) sa mga hurting moments and memories. Perfect ito kantahin while eating pitchapies. Kapag nakita ang ex-jowa, biglang kakanta ng "Oh, now go, walk out the door. Just turn around now, you're not welcome T***-In* mo!" With matching pa strong effect line pa na "Do you think I'd Crumble? Do you think I'd lay down and die? Oh no not I, I will survive!"

3. YMCA - Village People

According to a source, the most percentage of gay men emanates from an all-boy school. No wonder, when my school back in elementary is still in the 'kumbento boys' regime, there is a section na twelve ang bakla. And not discreet gays, huh, loud and proud pa. Sampalan, kurutan, sabunutan ang laban as oppossed to suntukan at sapakan. Hahahaha (sounds familiar...)

4. Dancing Queen - Abba

I'm a big Abba fanatic, halos lahat ng kanta nila alam at favorite ko. But I chose to place Dancing Queen to the list because this is the themesong of our drag gay brothers ay sisters pala. All the gowns, the headressess, the make-up, the paddings (hahahahaha), the meter-long eyelashes, the wigs and the wings, panalong-panalo!!!

5. Its Raining Men - Geri Halliwell

Kailangan pa ba iexplain to? Kung may ganitong phenomenon lang... Nakow....
